Part I / Part II
I would like to present you two objects, the first one is a sculpture that is the core of my diploma project created on the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass at The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław. This is a multiple modules figure which on the one hand is the essence of my strictly technical achievements and expieraces that have its source in the ceramic technique created in circumlvotion. On the other hand it is a reflection of my personal, mental and spiritual experiences over the past several years.
IN MY OPINION, WHAT IS REFLECTED BY THE FORM AND MATTER, AND WHAT IS PARTICULARLY WRITTEN ON ITS SURFACE, IS THE LIVING REFLEX OF A FRAGMENT OF MY PERSONAL COUNSCIOUSNESS. AT EVERY STAGE OFS CRATIVE PROCESS I HAVE SEEN THE SUBJECTIVE TRUTH OF THE LIVING EXEPERIENCE WHICH IS INSEPARABLY LINKED TO EVERY PART OF MY SCULPTURE.
The second part of my diploma project is the scuplure that somehow arose by itself, accidentally and drew my attention from the very beginning. This is the base, the „hoof” of the primary sculputure and it has played the major role in the creative process and was its spine. It appeared in a very explicit way against a background of the first object, and due to its individual shape and form it has introduced a significant contrast in the way we understand and perceive the primary obejct, the main part.
